If the color, size or product did not suit you, then you can return it within 7 days from the date of purchase (paragraph 4 of Article 26.1) and in the case of intercity and international shipments - 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The return/exchange of goods of proper quality must be in pristine condition, free of foreign odors, stains and other deformations.
When returning and exchanging goods, the complete set must be saved: tags , packaging , SEAL, boxes, memos, personalized packages.
Otherwise, we have the right to refuse a refund.
